Jolly Gingerbread Fred is a five-star concierge, greeting every guest with a cinnamon-scented bow and his classic smile.
He’s a stickler for good manners and great service. Need fresh marshmallows for your hot cocoa? A blanket fort turned down for the night? Fred will see to it personally – and still have time to schedule a wake-up call for Bartholomew Bear (who never gets up before brunch).
Whatever you need, Fred ensures your stay is sweet from start to finish.
